If your teacher submits evaluations electronically, you can monitor the status of the form by opening up the request and checking whether it is submitted. Once the recommendation form has been submitted, the schools you have designated will receive the recommendation form. Common Form Teacher Evaluations are not automatically sent to all schools you are applying to that accept the common form. Families must specify each school the evaluation is to be sent to.
After the recommendation form has been submitted, the receiving school must review and mark the step complete. If the form has been submitted and a green check mark does not appear in your application, please reach out to the school directly. If your teacher has submitted your evaluation on paper directly to the school, please allow extra time for processing.
