In Ravenna, families manage their own teacher recommendation requests. Once a request has been sent to a teacher, families can choose to edit or delete the request if the teacher has not opened the request. Once a request has been opened it cannot be deleted.
If you cannot delete the original request or edit it, you can choose to send a second request with the updated information. Please note, schools cannot view your requests. Schools only have access to the submitted recommendation form.
How to update a delegate request:
Step 1. Choose delete. If you cannot delete the request, you will see this warning.
Step 2. Select and send a second request with the updated information.
Step 3. Contact the teacher and let them know a second request has been sent.
