Unfortunately, Ravenna cannot delete accounts where a student has started exploring or applying to a school. If you have two separate accounts and both have active applications, we recommend you choose one account as the primary account and only apply to schools from this account. Schools can see there are two accounts for the same student and can choose to combine these accounts. If you wish, you can alert the school you are applying to and ask them to combine the accounts.
If you have created an account but have not chosen to explore/apply to any school in any admission season, please reach out to Ravenna Customer Care regarding deleting this account.
