Ravenna is constantly working to improve our site. While this is a benefit for families, this may cause problems when loading our site. Browsers store parts of our website so the site uploads faster. If we change a file that your browser has saved, the browser may continue to show the old version of the file. When this happens, you may encounter errors like buttons missing on the page, unable to load a form, etc.
Clearing the Cache and Cookies in a browser helps fix these issues.
Internet Explorer (PC)
Step 1. Click the settings wheel in the upper-right corner and select Internet options.
Step 2. Under Browsing history click the Delete… button.
Step 3. A new window should appear. Check Cookies and website data and click delete. Wait or the cookies to finish deleting, and then press OK to exit out of Internet options.
