Changing an email address associated with account

If you would like to change the email address associated with your Ravenna account, please email and include the following information in the email.

Required Information:

  1. your current Ravenna email address
  2. the new email address you would like it changed to
  3. your Support PIN (found on your Settings page)

Once we verify your information, we will be happy to make the change for you. After updating your email address, you may need to reset your password
