Checking status of forms and additional steps

A school’s application is made up of a series of steps. Their steps are listed on the right hand side of the school’s application page. Each school’s application process is unique. Below is a description of the different forms and steps that schools may include in their application.

There are five different types of forms: Application, Delegated, Printed, Event and Informational notes. Each one has a unique icon to delineate the type of form.

You can check on the status of these steps by looking at the "School acknowledgement of required steps" menu. This menu will be located on the right hand side of the application if you are not on a mobile device.

If a step is not checked off in the "School acknowledgement of required steps" menu, you can determine which steps you are missing by clicking on the  button. This will tell you which steps you have completed and have not completed. 

A majority of steps with forms that you have completed will show up as  in the "School acknowledgement of required steps" menu. Do not worry. As long as the form says Submitted, the school has received it. 

Steps will only show as  in the "School acknowledgement of required steps" menu once the school has acknowledged the step.
