Changing or resetting my password

If you have forgotten your password or need to change your password, please see the steps below.

To Change Your Password:

Step 1. Click Settings in the Ravenna Menu on the left.

Step 2. Under the Account section, click the Change password button.

Step 3. Enter your Current Password and New Password. Retype your New Password again.

Step 4. Click Save to confirm the change.


For a Forgotten Password:

Step 1. On the login page (, click Forgot Your Password?

Step 2. Enter in the email address you used when you first created your Ravenna account.

Step 3. Click Request Password

Step 4. Check your email for a link to reset your password. If you close your browser, you will be prompted to enter a security code that is provided to you on the same page after requesting a password.

Do not see the email message from Ravenna in your inbox? Please confirm that the email entered was the email you used for your Ravenna account log in. Check your spam folder or corporate email filter. You may also wish to check with your domain administrator to verify that is not being blocked.

If you need to contact Ravenna support about a password reset issue, please email and indicate which of the above steps you were not able to successfully complete.
